100/10 recommend these guys! They went above and beyond for our home. We had some shingles missing from a windstorm, and I ignored it until it started leaking in the house. These guys were here less than 24 hours later in the pouring rain on top of my roof patching it with tarps free of charge to stop my leak until we could figure out a solution for a repair. They used their own materials while drenching wet and wouldn't even take my tip money i offered to let me buy them lunch for their generosity. Very professional, and no other company wanted to even come help me without money upfront. Don't ever pass up an opportunity with empire roofing. Their concern alone was enough to hook me to be a lifelong customer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ~ Brittany S

Let me start off by saying what an amazing group from the top to the bottom. So professional, kind and courteous. We got our roof done by empire roofing but they should have the word ninja in their company name!!! They came in the morning to do the roof and was so precise and organize and fast. Then on top of that my roof is so beautiful and they cleaned everything as if nothing ever happened. It was very impressive, and so amazing I could not believe it. If you are considering this company go for it, you will not be disappointed in this team nor their ninja abilities. If I could give 10 stars I would. Yall know no one is getting that in the world we live in today because it is hard to find quality work but not with Empire Roofing!! ~ Ivory C

I normally never write a review usually just give the star rating, but Logan Barker and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about my leaky roof anymore they worked with my insurance as well to help lessen the headache of everything involved with storm damage on a roof, which is an absolute blessing to have one less thing to worry about when you’re in that situation. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was nothing less than extraordinary. They also made sure every piece of old shingles, nails, trash etc. was gone, (it looked cleaner than it ever did before). I just want to get on here and say how great it was to work with Empire Roofing. From the start to finish, Logan was making sure the insurance company was going to do the correct call and give my roof a make over. My wife was between two colors and Logan even came up with the tie breaker decision, which in the end my wife has not stopped talking about how the roof looks from the road pulling into the drive. Logan is the man to go after if you need to have a roof done. Also just give him a call to do an inspection, you may be in the talks of getting a new roof without you knowing you actually need one. We contacted Josh on May 19th about our roof being in bad shape from storms. He came out within three days, looked at our roof, and we filed a claim. He came out when the adjuster came to look at it and handled everything for us. The only thing I had to do was file that claim! His crew came out May 31st and had our roof finished by the evening including all cleanup. Less than two weeks from first contact we had a brand new roof! Not once did we have to beg for a response or was in the dark. Josh kept us fully informed through the whole process and the professionalism of this company is top tier. Logan stood with us during a VERY unlawful and unfair encounter with Progressive Home. This was an attempt at malpractice from a company you should all avoid. He was always answering honestly and the knowledge we needed for our next steps. We just got our new roof installed thanks to the wonderful team at Empire and couldn’t be any happier!!! A “roofer” is one thing, but when you can rest assured you e made a friend throughout the process you have picked the right company. I just had a complete roof replacement installed by Empire Roofing and Exteriors. Zachary, their Job Supervisor/Project Manager, was very informative and professional throughout the entire process. I thought he was very thorough at explaining the benefits of the metal roofing materials that led to my selection of one of their recommended products and timely in getting me on their schedule to complete the job. Empire's work crew showed up on time, and through their professional expertise, finished the entire roof in one day. Was refreshing working with ‘Empire’, a gutter and roofing company that takes you back to time when companies stood behind their product and craftsmanship. They installed replaced a 3-4 inch with a six inch gutter in front of our Luxury cabin rental that was leaking and destroying our porch post and rail. It still leaked a bit after installation and they noticed a tree branch had fallen and dent some of the roof. They replaced all damage places coming out several times refusing to take a check till the full issue was resolved. Hire these guys and Empire…’Bravo! ~ Phil S

Empire did a wonderful job on our roof and new gutters. Kenny did a very good job coordinating and getting everything done so fast to prevent further damage from being done from the rain and storm damage. He immediately fixed any issues that came up. We are very appreciative of the time and effort he put in.They finished the roof in one day and 2 hours on the gutters. All of them were very knowledgeable, professional, and did quality work. After several months of waiting for insurance approval and all the hoops they made us jump through Logan never gave up! He stuck right with me and made it happen. Highly recommend! Zach Bradshaw was at my door before the weekend ended, just two days after hurricane Helene done a number on our house. He helped with the inspection process and insurance guidance. I was able to get a full roof replacement by my insurance company and once scheduled, the guys had it replaced within one day.
